Bought a 2016 Tacoma SR and after we installed a leveling kit and wheels/tires it just drives terrible. Alignment is within specs according to Les Schwab.
The stock shocks are garbage. I plan on upgrading the shocks. But I'm ready to pull the leveling kit and start over.
    Soooo.....I wanna do this right.
    What kit is recommended?????

ALSO....power seems to "surge" badly. Any ideas?
ALSO#2.....traction control activates when going slow and turning/hitting small bumps???
    Thx in advance

Recommend a search, learn, see what everyone else runs. You will get more info by doing some detective work than asking in a generic repetitive thread. It should take some time before deciding, see what you want to do or currently do with the truck, budget, tires, ect. Poke around the modifications threads and those in suspension. Everything you seek has been covered here extensively...

6112's are the best bang for the buck, best cheap option would be 5100's.

Depending on how big of front spacers you got, it shouldn't of affected ride quality that much.

Lots of info on here, make sure to use the search button and check the Suspension Forum.

Look below in my Sig block at The 6112/5160 lift

Also I would not run 285s on this truck the v6 and transmission lacks low end grunt and you will need to regear which costs over $2500 to get any sense of drivability back.

Like others said, it's all in the budget and how much you want to spend. I started with the 5100s and they weren't all that good like some claim. It's slightly better than stock but I only had it first notch, any higher would've sacrificed ride. I decided to finally get Kings with adjusters instead and it's the best you can get for this truck imo. It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. Although 5100s would be a lot better than spacers. Good luck on your search

Looks like no one is helping you.

Get your alignment sheet and post it up. Les schwab is probably trying to set you to factory, but that went out the window when you went up.

As well post level kit size.
