    Nice! We got 91% here. I was in training all day, but they sent us to lunch from 11 am to noon. The peak here was at 11:33 am mst. While I was eating I tried to take a quick peek at it (with no glasses and while in uniform...not very smart)o_O a grandma with her grandkids at the table next to us yells "Don't look at it!!" All my coworkers laughed.:rofl: I sheepishly turned around (because I knew better) and chuckled a little bit and sat down. :anonymous:She then kindly offered to let me borrow her glasses for a proper, safe look. We had just a sliver of light that looked like a thumb nail not obscured.

    But, the 2045 eclipse will have dang near the dead center of totality located about 75 miles from my house with a duration of nearly 5 minutes. Already counting down to August 12, 2045!!

    I want to travel to the coast up there in Oregon some day and do some deep sea fishing. I have been to the east coast. Had a friend that grew up 5 minutes from Gillette stadium in Foxborough, and his dad had a condo downtown Boston where he stayed during the week to avoid the commute. I flew there for his first wedding stayed for a week. Definitely a different atmosphere there. Everyone kept telling me I had an accent. Lol!
