Well, the 20% chance of rain changed to 60% ...and that 60% found me. I was able to get the dog poop cleaned up and backyard cut. Frontyard will have to wait for the next weather window.

I guess that's my advantage. I don't hate what I do, probably because I'm only a small technical piece of the overall machine now; so less stressful than my role on active duty. And the location and pay affords me the opportunity to do the things I like.

 

Glad you were able to get that much done. I spent about 3hrs on the grounds today. I can see a small change in the grass, it's not growing as fast.

Get a whisker biscuit and keep it simple. Some may try to tell you they aren't as acurate it's bullshit I grouped 3 touching at over a hundred yards with one. Some will tell you they're slower than a drop away that's bullshit as well we tested 1 against 4 different dropaway's and no difference. They're simple,accurate, contains the arrow, and weather proof. Don't get one with a smaller sized hole to match the arrow diameter get one with the large hole for the arrow

 

Bend is a beautiful place there's a resturaunt in Bandon on the hill Lord Bennett"s great food try it if you go through there

Good evening folks. It's amazing how much an area can change in 28 years. Yet this is the 2nd post I've been to where my old barracks is still there. With the upgrades and changes at both places I'd have thought those barracks would have evolved with everything elses.

So Kevin, where do I pick 290 from Killeen? Is it faster than 190?

The only other route my map is showing me is up to Roswell then back down to Las Cruces around the back side of, and around El Paso. Which I wouldn't mind but it adds almost an hour and a half.

 

I do see where I can take 190 to Menard then drop down to I-10 at Kerrville and pick up what looks like better ground at about the same time. The west end of 190 is a little slow and squirrels around a bit.
