So based on the AOF thread you're getting a new rear bumper... Any pics yet?

Not yet. Will be a week or two before mine is on. Jake will be fabbing up a bumper for a guy in Texas using my truck. Then doing mine. Today was just the start. He made the cuts and got it prepped. I'll post up when I do.

Like the previous post states, I'm getting a new bumper fabbed up by @3378jakesr5 at Adventure Offroad Fabrication. Will be a week or two before it's finished because my truck is being used as a template for another. So I took advantage of this and decided to get some other stuff knocked out while we are at it.

Pretty much all that was accomplished on the bumper portion. The new one will be simple, since I already have the swing out built into my rack.

    IMG_2081.jpg
Took off my Fox 2.5's and having them rebuilt by @TMFF, a local guy who does it on the side. A winter in the north east thrashed them. Definitely need some attention . My previous bumper, and location completely trashed them. I definitely haven't given them any love. New coils going in as well.

Will be swapping out my toytec add a leaf with some Allpro Expo leafs. This should fix the Baja/cali/bro lift I had going on. These things weigh a ton. I don't know how the ups lady got them to my door. She was quite mad with me.

Will also be getting my OEM cvs rebuilt by CVJ. I blew a boot on one of them and the other is getting dry rot. They are still the stock ones that came with the truck so it was about time I reckon. So far I've had great customer service with them and that's always a good sign. I'm hoping they turn out to be as good as they say they are.

Also have a new diy grill coming in from @HomerTaco at some point. That will be the first pure cosmetic upgrade I've done. I don't know why I didn't do the DIY option before. Excited for that to get here.

Big month for Goose. Been prepping for it for awhile. Screwed up my build season by finishing it during the start of trail/camping season. But hopefully it'll be the last for awhile so I can start building the wife's 4Runner. She's been nagging on me about it. Which is good because she wants it built like my truck, but bad because this shit ain't cheap!

New cvj axles are in. Real impressed with them. Called them and they had my new ones ready in a day. Also @TMFF did a fantastic job with rebuilding my coilovers. Insane turnaround time, even more impressed because he had to fight some serious corrosion. Now I won't grimace when I walk to my truck and see a giant piece of rust holding my front end up. I was seriously considering getting new ones but I'm glad I didn't. They look basically new again.

Bumper is mostly done. Just some minor things to finish up. Really pleased with how it turned out. Good work @3378jakesr5

Sits about 2 inches higher than it did before I redid the suspsension. Rides so much better now. Thanks again to Tim for rebuilding my foxes.

I'll post more pictures of the bumper once it is completely finished. Now it's time to go hit some trails!
