List someone who got a good deal from Longo. My friend went to Longo for a Sport DCSB and I sent him my OTD price from Freeman and they told him no dealership will match that discount. Freeman toyota was offering 3700 off MSRP.

I was referring more to the selection availble. Most dealers have 4 and 12 on the lot at anyone time. Longo ha a sport and or's in matching colors. Looked like they came of the ark 2 by 2

Ah, sorry about that then. They do have a nice selection since they sell the most Toyotas. I've heard that as long as you don't call in about a specific model and color, a local dealer can easily trade for that truck.

I bought mine in september of last year and all the dealers only had like 2 on the lot and wanted 40k plus for some of them i didnt need a sport or off road. I bought a sr5 with intentions of putting a rear locker in it. Bingo new OR, so all in all i will be less then 35k. I 33k otd and don't know anyone else personally that bought a truck from longo.

I got my tacoma for 10% less than MSRP in AZ. It was DCSB OR 4x4 with tech pkg and some other trd add on's. MSRP was 39642.

Fill out and submit a request through true car. Build exactly what you want with options, expand the search for as far as you're willing to go, and submit it. Worst case, you get several offers without having to call around, and will be able to see what dealership might be your best starting point. I did this for the wife's Subaru, and my Tacoma. If you get a great offer, it's in writing, and don't let them jack you around with add one or bs fees once in the door.

Ordering a truck is the route I went. I believe they are more willing to deal on an order as they have it sold before it hits the lot and starts costing them money.

I did this back in 2010 when TrueCar was a new concept and got a smoking deal on a Raptor. Now it doesn't work the same and it's not as good of a deal for toyotas. I bought mine from Tustin Toyota and i was very. The found the truck for me in Escondido and had it waiting when I got there. $25 for a one way slip back to NV. Price was decent for the time I bought it too
