Hearing rattling noise after starting car, and when accelerating on gas

    Hello, I am hearing a rattling noise after starting the car, and when initially accelerating on gas I hear a rattling noise as well. It only happens for a few minutes and then sound goes away.

    Does it sound like it is coming from the front or back?

    Have you crawled underneath to see if exhaust shielding is loose, or if a piece of road debris wedged itself in?

    Could be an exhaust leak. I have a slight ping (or what sounds like it) but I've learned to ignore it as my spark plugs look totally fine. 50k miles of it and nothing has changed.
