Have a Homelite 2700 psi pressure washer with no pressure...

    Kind of stumped:

Had a crack in the unloader valve housing, replaced entire unloader with new

Thought I had bad check valves in the head, replaced the head, no check valve kit for this thing

    Pistons are pumping just fine

Wand valve is good, no clogs

    Hose is good

    input water pressure good

    all seals are good

one thing I have noticed, with garden hose attached and on, without motor running, water sputters out? Seems like I still have bad valves somewhere??

Just posted this and immediately found out the problem when comparing my old unloader housing with the replacement.

New one is missing a ball valve!!

mine had me stumped too, I just ended up replacing the whole pump. still ended up cheaper than a whole new pressure washer...

Get a CAT pump and you'll be set.

Got that on my other machine.

This one, with the axial pump, was just a garbage pick
