Find a place near by to store or a parking garage, you will go crazy in Boston with out being able to take off for a ride out of town. Maine and nh are just a short ride away.

You don't ever need to commute any other place than work? o_O You're never going to want to leave the neighborhood? Where is the grocery store? What happens on the weekends??

This concept is so weird to me.

Boston isn't always fun to drive through, but I couldn't give up my vehicle. Why not rent a garage spot?

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
    You got that right!

After I posted that I looked it up to confirm and in the dead of winter Boston's high is just above freezing and that's only for a couple of hours and then its right back into the 20's. Plus all the wind in between the buildings! Burr!!!

Gonna be cold for someone from TN
You know I've lived here all my life and the only time I ever hear the Harvard Yard thing is when people are making fun of us. Lol
    X2

    X2 on everything else though

You have my deepest sympathy on losing the Tacoma and moving to Boston.... :(

    LOL

I do wish you the best of luck. I would never move where I couldn't own a car or truck... Screw that!

I would keep the truck, and live outside of Boston. An apartment in Boston will likely be very expensive. If the job was worth the move, you'd think a company worth relocating for would provide parking. The extra commute would be worth the cheaper cost of living.
