So 2 days ago my ac quit blowing cold on recirculation on my 01 prerunner! Started here searching the forum and sure enough looked at the great cost of what could be an expensive fix. I found the post by another member about the valve on the firewall getting stuck and sure enough it was exactly the problem. The cable needs to be lubed. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've used one of these to lube automotive and motorcycle cables.
