Halloween Overlanders Meet

We will be having a Halloween Meet at Tellico Overland Adventure Destination, in Tellico Plains, TN the weekend of October 27-29.

This will be a family oriented event with candy and costumes.

Many options are available to attendants including competitive trail riding, or camping only if only based on what you want. Electric and showers are available on site.

TOAD is home to the world famous March Moto Madness, and boasts an awesome open air bar, and stage for live music. This was the camp location of night 2 for the Red Clay Rally, and is a prime location for great fishing, trail riding, and camping. Just minutes away from the Cherohala Skyway!

Responsible alcohol consumption is encouraged.

Went to the site. I'd like to try it but I have a few questions.
What is the goal of the scramble? Are you trying to hit an average between the high and low speeds? Please explain.
Also... what kind of vehicle requirements? Will my stock tacoma 4X4 be adequate? Or should I bring the more equipped keep?

I love Tellico anD I'd love to participate.

Edit: just found it. Sounds great. Is a winch recommended for the event?

A factory Tacoma will do fine, no winch required. It's a friendly event with prizes to the closest times. It's a TSD style rally. There's a lot of info on Google regarding this style event. It'll be a blast, hope to see you there!
