Went out on Schultz pass up in flag this last weekend. Burned out area looks like it's trying to come back, lots of wildflowers in the area.

The road is great in most places but there was a point where I had to navigate large rocks on an incline, almost three wheels but not quite

Yesterday I drove the 129A from ashurst lake to marshall lake. It was a fun drive and the last 30 minutes was pretty muddy.

Awesome man! Thanks for throwing that together! Such a fun trail! Found more battle wounds the other day too. Tagged the bumper twice. One dent. One set of scratches. Driveshaft has some dents/gouges. Then the frame, LCA's, and sliders took the rest. Definitely a rough trail but fun as shit and I love a challenge!

Thanks man I try to do this every trail. But that's some battle scares for sure. I'm getting some 34.5 tires today so hopefully the 4runner can come out next time

How far into the trail were you when the video ended? Was there more technical stuff ahead?

The camera I have is a knock off go pro so some shoots were lost but the whole trail is pretty rough. the main gate keeper coming in is rough to me. Normally when people tell me I need 33s lockers and skids I don't believe them but this one needs them all especially if you don't plan on running it though and you plan on going back out the same way you came in. But over all I believe there was 5 good obstacles and a tight ass switch back and lots of small to medium size bolder fields which the skids come in handy forsure. I know the two tacos came home with some battle scares from front to back.

I've got a k5 Blazer that's on 35's but has open diffs, so I was curious about this trail.

I don't see that being a problem, the switch backs will be tight the tacomas were having to do almost a 3 point turn to get around them.

Alright. What are your thoughts on non Toyota's going on outings like this. My buddy has a jeep and I like to take the blazer out too. That way it doesn't get jealous. We haven't found a group to go with most of the time.

I never have problems with it. Offroading is offroading no matter who comes and with what. But jeep have to stay in the back lol jk. But sometimes we keep it small numbers so a 4 hour trail doesn't turn in to 10. I'm in Tucson so whenever we have runs down her ill let you know. I have a buddy that has a k5 blazer as well so im sure he would love another blazer on the trails

I've wanted to do that Charlou gap trail down there. Work made me miss out on a group run on that trail with some guys from expedition portal. We did the desoto mine trail the weekend before. I give my buddy shit about his jeep all the time.

We are good with whatever vehicle type. Just be good people.

The Ram PW has led trail and towed rigs home from the same run.
