Tacoma old with good frame

Hi everybody
I own a 2002 Tacoma 4x4 cab, 3,4 l engine with only 46 000 miles on the engine. Manual.
Unfortunately the frame is so bad the car is not drivable and is parked outside the house. Toyota does not want to fix the frame saying it is outside their obligation.
1st i wish there were more like me to sue Toyota as a team and force them to extend their obligation to fix their mess. If so please respond.
2nd within the options i have are
a. Get new frame which is very costly
b. Get a car that takes my car's engine and transfer my engine to it. For this to happen the car i am looking should have a good frame, be compatible engine wise and be somewhere in the Northeast so i can have it transported within a reasonable distance. My preference is the other car to be automatic because there are members of my family who do not drive shift. Also it will help if the other car has 4 doors. The engine my car has is 5VZ-FE. If someone knows what trucks Toyota has produced that are compatible with my engine that will help.
