Wow, can't believe my eyes. IMO it seems like 90% of what I see is all for the 2nd gen- us 1st genners have an aftermarket something they don't? Wow.

Just means designs evolve overtime and @Socalduckslayer is always looking to improve his designs.

If it works well and sells (this is a business after all) then I think he would probably bring dual swing out to the 2nd gen as well.

    Odds and Ends
Trying like crazy guys. I want these bumpers available as bad as you want them on your trucks. Ive got several new products for several vehicles on the floor ready for assembly. We just have get through this shop move this week so I can get back on track. Ive been out all week doing demo and remodel on new shop so we can hit the ground running next week.

Got a quick Q, would the bumper replace the cross-member like the trail-gear setup? And if so I assume it has the three connection points for OEM or aftermarket OEM fitting skid plates?

The bumper will not replace the crossmember. We will have two different mounts to bolt the bumper to the 2 different style of frame horns on the separate years. This will also allow us most likely to adapt these for the 3rd gen T4R

Not sure if this this has been asked before or if it even applies (front plated bumpers) but will there be any issue running skid plates from other manufactures? Thanks.

We generally stop the front bumper so it does not go behind the front portion of the cross member or below it so as long as the skid plate does not brake that plane then there should be no issues. We have had no issues with the second gen bumper fitting with any skid as most manufacturers make the skids end at the same spot. As long as the first gen skid manufacturers do the same there should be no issue.

The first gens do have good departure angles but Ive never liked the look of plate just added on the outside of the bedside. I love the look of your 2nd Gen high clearance plate bumpers. Even if it still sticks down the same amount I'd rather chop my bedside off and have that plate sit a little farther in.
If you look at the relentless wrap around plate bumper it looks super goofy. The only one that pulled it off ok is elite

Right? I'm about to settle my claims after getting rear ended. I've heard great things about these Pelfreybilt products so I guess I'll have to ride around with an ugly mangled bumper 'til these drop :playball:
