    Any UPSers that read this. Recommend you to Vote NO on this next contract. Current part-timers are getting peanuts for wage-increase. Skilled PT with a few years in will barely be at $17.15 in 2023, a new hire hired in 2023 will already be making $15.50.

    Current FT driving will only be getting a 2% raise across 5 years instead of 6% across 5 years. Also and most important
    22.4 hybrid drivers that are proposed will get a top rate that will be significantly less than a regular FT Driver in 2023. A hybrid driver on paper will work half their shift inside and half driving. But the current proposed language is so vague that it is possible that the company will exploit loopholes in the contract and have the cheaper hybrid driversbe driving almost All the time and maxing out their hours by cutting volume and routes from regular FT drivers. The company will abuse and try to replace as many regular FT driving with cheaper hybrid driving.
