Suspension has settled for almost a week, not that it really needed to. Got it aligned yesterday and drives great. It is a bit more stiff over bumps but smoother on the highway, which is what I generally experience with Bilstein HDs anyways. I'm glad with the setup for the $100 I paid, great upgrade for almost no money.

Ah, I remember those days 15,000 miles ago... and after my first mud bath where I obsessively cleaned the underside and coated it. Now, its the occasional undercarriage wash at the drive thru and maybe a coat of wonderfully aromatic Fluid Film in the winter. damn that stuff sinks though!

Glad you told me about the smell of fluid film. Was just thinking of ordering. Anything else out there with less odor?

My personal opinion is the TRD pkg will basically be really close to a leveling kit;) .as for the bit of lift up front because of weight :) well HOWDY that gives you the excuse for a lowpro with winch :). If your thinking of a larger bumper get some 1"-1.5" spacers for front :).

Did you get any lift up front from these?

I would say close to an inch up front.

You can take mine. I'm going to have my new suspension in two weeks. I'd get something else tho if I were you .

It is definitely more stiff, stays a bit more flat when turning. I'm happy with it for what I paid, especially considering the fact that I'll probably never lift my truck as I don't need to.
