I have these bar ends for my motorcycle, one fell off, and I can't find who made them. I was just wondering if maybe someone on here could make a copy (or two) of this one if I sent it to them. I think they are just polished aluminum.

No CNC machining required for those, a person with a manual lathe can whip those out.
Look on your local CL in the skilled trade section or find a local machine shop

In most cases CNC machining is good for mass production, something small and easy s better off on a manual machine.
I suggest you try and buy that part, otherwise a normal machine shop will charge you big time for even a simple piece like that.

I would think you could buy a new pair of them for far less than any shop would charge to turn 1. When I was a machinist, I used to make this sort of stuff ALL the time, but going thru the front door of the shop will be $$.

It takes just as long to program a CNC machine for one piece let alone 1000 or more

I bet some Tacoma World Member close to you has a Lathe and could make them

I have looked and looked and looked all over for bar-ends like this on eBay, Amazon, revzilla, etc etc. my only guess is they don't make them anymore. I can't find any that are even remotely similar. How much money are we talking here?

The aluminum end in and of itself shouldn't be too bad, at least for a small independent shop. IMHO, you should be able to get that part done for $25-$35 from an alley shop or someone with a lathe in their garage. A true tool/machine shop would probably be upwards of $50, only because of their overhead.
I assume you also lost the rubber expansion piece and the screw/nut as well?

The alum. part looks like it was clear anodized. Unless you did likewise with your replacement, it will look noticeably different, especially with age.

Edit: I ran across these when doing a search. They look similar, but not sure how close they are dimensionally.
