Still got mine too. Just trimmed edges to follow curve if wheel well for clearance. I just like how it hides the front underside...

Got rid of remaining chrome, painted exhaust tip satin black looks OK, like everything if I would have taken more time it might have turned out 5% better but it's good enough, I'm the only one who will see the imperfections anyways.

Thanks for that. Wonder why the didn't use the GTR for the low beam too, or did I miss something in the vid?

It's actually pretty simple. Just remove the shifter by pulling the chrome ring down then unscrew the shifter. The whole section that covers the shifter and parking brake comes off just by pulling directly up (starting from the storage compartment). The storage compartment is held in place by two 10mm bolts under the carpet square inside of the compartment. Then it's as simple as splicing or in my case soldering directly into the existing 12 volt outlet already in the storage compartment. The plastic was actually really easy to cut with a sharp utility knife. I prefer the look of the rectangle outlet vs the circle ones and the blue sea quality is top notch.

How did you trim yours? I'm worried about getting a raggedy cut. I'm surprised someone isn't making an aftermarket one that only hangs down about a third of the original one. Just enough to cover undercarriage.

Honestly it's been awhile since I watched the entire vid.. I thought they addressed both lights, maybe not. I was skeptical on the LED's, but the vid helped me make the choice. I'm happy with them thus far... I got the high and low beams.

I made a line with tape starting at the top edge. Just followed wheel well to the bottom. Used a dremel with cut off wheel. Then sanded off rough edge lightly. Not perfect but nobody will notice but me. I like the way it now follows the wheel well instead of going straight down. Took off about 1-1/2 inches on the bottom up at an angle to top corner

Edit: if you have 4 inch thin disc cut off wheel you should be able to make a fairly straight line. Just have to file off melting burs

Handles really well considering it's been piece mealed. The rear end is my issue, may just need to get a new leaf pack. Got some experimenting to do first. Going to make that easier today by going to get my jack and jack stands.
