    It really is. We enjoyed haveing our own private beach for 2 days. The only 2 days on our 6 day trip that were nice lol.

    Stay away from anything lower than lansing and u'll love it. Lots of forest trails, lots of beautiful spots to camp. Was a long drive from alabama but so worth it.

    That spot on the Huron River used to be a S.F. campground, they abandoned it years ago. Good trout fishing, sunsets, northern lights. Sometimes the mosquitoes and flies can get pretty sporty.
