I've realized the down side of tinting my truck pretty dark is that during the day time I can never tell where my knobs are set to...ie, heat, air placement, so on.

I know if I switch my lights one turn it'll turn on according to the manual..."The side marker, parking, tail, license plate, daytime running lights and instrument panel lights turn on"

Is there a way to set my instrument panel lights to be on whenever the truck is on?

    Simple answer. Nope.

Go to a dealer or get Techstream, best you can do is trigger the interior lights to come on earlier on the automatic setting.
