02 Tacoma 5vz-fe crank seal/timing/oil pump seal

I am looking to replace the front crankshaft seal. I am having a heck of a time putting together a "complete" list of the OEM parts needed to make this happen. I figure while I am in there I might as well replace the oil pump seal, and timing belt (147k on the clock)

Off the top of my head:

Timing cover seals, I think their is two, but I have not messed with the 3.4 yet
timing belt
front crankshaft bolt and seal
oil pump seal

not sure if I should get into the water pump or not.
