Receiver hitch/tire carrier

looking for some ideas on what any of you are using for receiver hitch that can carry Jerry Cans/spare tire. I found this, but they're out and no telling when back in stock.

Why not just do an aftermarket rear bumper with swingout on it for that stuff?

 

would love to...but $$$$$ Firefighter salary + teacher salary + 2 kids = tight budget. It's not optimal, but have to make do.

Build it paycheck by paycheck..lol. Thats what i did.

+1 for Wilco hitchgate solo hi clearance. I've only had mine a couple of months but I love it so far!

 

Now thats what I am talking about...it never dawned on me that you didn't have a steel bumper with built it swingout. this is badass.

 

I am thinking about getting one. Two questions...1. Did you relocate your back up camera? If so where did you relocate it to?...2. Does the Hitchgate Lock open? Looks sweet and it is less than 1/2 the price of the bumper I was looking at, even with all the accessories.

 

do you recall what you guys paid for the solo hi clearance?
