2004 Toyota Tacoma pre runner replacement shifter light

 

A little vague. What do you want to know? Which light goes there? How to get to it? Or?

 

In my 04 DC 4x4 which is an auto shifter. It takes a #74. The same one as you take out. When you replace it.

 

My bad, yes my shifter light has gone out and it looks to be hard wired in, is that the way it comes from factory? (I'm not first owner) and is Toyota the only place to get it or at any parts store? Thanks

 

Go with LED as a replacement
Might as well do the interior of the truck while you are at it . A cheap but worthwhile upgrade to the incandescent bulbs

The gear shifter bulb is a really easy replacement. I replaced all my interior bulbs with LED's from superbrightleds.com
