    3 times. I don't understand it either. I honestly don't... Now I'm afraid to build this thing into the overlanding truck I wanted... Might have to switch to Ranger if Ford doesn't F that up... Too afraid to start my Alaska adventure with a truck that potentially will leave me stranded in some very remote terrain

    Gas door was open. Gas cap was also off dangling by the black string hanging on to the gas door. I was the only vehicle parked on the road last night .. I am going to attach a picture of my truck and see if anyone can varify something for me

    Not only is this feature missing from the Gen 3s , but so are a lot of other useful items that should be on this truck.

    Also if I get a locking cap I have to take that black string off(that holds the stock gas cap), what's the best way to get it out without breaking it? Seems flimsy ... go figure

    Snugtop cab high canopy.
    I recommend Stant locking gas caps, got mine from NAPA. Called Stant and they sent me 2 extra keys for it. :)

    I bought the Stant. Installed it. Locked. Went to go fill up. Unlocked it. And it never locked again. Cheap Chinese garbage

    Well the first time I went to Pismo I never left the truck unattended on the beach. I also was also at a hotel with a private parking lot a fair distance from the beach.
    My overlanding trip through the volcanic Badlands.... I was 200+ miles of dirt trails, didn't see a single soul the entire way and I camped next to my truck in the middle of no where.
    Third time truck was perfectly fine until I washed it about a week later lol.
