2017 Black TRD OFF ROAD DOUBLE CAB LONG BED

Dont want to sound like im crying on here or anything but I've been trying to get in touch with these guys since July and no response...I placed an order for a rear bumper exactly 1 month from today I know it said it would take 3-4 weeks but I had questions and haven't received any response from them.

The website was down a few weeks ago and it's now up and running, anyone know if something is going on with Avid Off-road?
