ALOHA BRADDAHs!!!!! Please help me out with something if can. I from Maui and I going come up BI in dec. I know get J hara and Tokunaga dose any one know of any other fishing store in Hilo? I gotta restock for next ulua season and I’m gonna come snag some gear from you guys!

Also I’m taking up my wahine. I also no get kuhio mall but anyone no what’s your wahine favor places to shop!

Places to eat?
Kuhio grill
Hawaiian style cafe
Kens pancake house.

Those two fishing stores probably are the best on the East Side of the island. I don't know if you've had a chance to see Tokunaga's new store but it's huge compared to their old one.

Places to eat in Hilo:
Ocean Sushi Deli - Pretty good place for sushi rolls, parking might be an issue
Lucy's - Relatively cheap Mexican food and margaritas for the girl
Hilo Bay Cafe - Nice place to take your girl but expensive
Kaleo's - In Pahoa pretty good though
Coconut Grill - Pretty decent prime rib
Seaside - Good prime rib/seafood - pretty expensive.
Jackie Reys - New place in Hilo, never been yet but hear good things.

Fish and Hog
Village Burger

J Hara still the same brah. But Tokunaga's is huge now. Been at least a year in their new location.

yup, what @Solesource684 said, plus Liko Lehua (on Pauahi) and Moon and Turtle. both of those places are a little nicer than the average place. if you down to hammah, go to T Kawamoto store (aka Kawamotoʻs)... super action. kuhio grille is always a winnah too. vernaʻs a good place to grab a quick bite if youʻre on the go.

for fishing stuff, Tokuʻs going be the best for ulua gear. J Hara might have some deals though, cause Tokuʻs hardly get sales. allot minimum 2 hours and make sure your lady get something to do while she waits. you can stay in their new store all day. lol

chee, if I can spot your truck out of the 10,000 other tacomaʻs here, Iʻll beep my horn. hahaha

Nah she come fish with me all the time and we bin together for 5 years so I no she’s use to my shopping in fishing and hunting stores already. But it’s my part to to find some wahine shops ah haha

yup, top notch 6th (?) anniversary cruise. did you see the cement TRD Pro Tundra?? holy fuck, that thing is nice. not my style, but damn that owner dropped A LOT of money.
