I have a TRD Pro and stayed well out of trouble despite being on an island in my neighborhood and having 18" of water in the street in front of the house.

It crossed my mind today to put another inch on the truck...mostly because a friend of mine with a brand new Subaru got water in the car by about a half inch - but enough to make it suck balls now.

I refuse to replace my TRD Pro suspension, but just wondering if there is a reasonably easy kit out there to lift it by an inch or so. without compromising the heavily engineered TRD suspension. Of course Google is useless for this sort of thing.

Not a major concern, if the super high water comes, articulating dump truck or air boat are the only things that can survive...just a thought. Let me know yours.

Anything you do to "lift" it will "compromise" the heavily engineered TRD suspension... point blank. If it was designed/engineered to be an inch higher it would be an inch higher.

You could always put 33s on it. It might scrub though.

Complete Pioneer audio Supreme Suspension 3" spacer lift 255/75-17 Kuhmos/Sport wheels 1.25" wheel spacers Tint
255's are great. Don't hydroplane or wander as bad as the wider tires. I have mine on the 7.5" wide sport wheels and they fit like a glove.
Probably the most feasible way to go if you don't want to alter the suspension.

I never got around to making one. Never even really looked on where to even post it lol. Those 37's were for something else but really got my head turning on what it will take.

You'll basically get flamed like crazy for asking a question like this on here. Because its a TRD Pro, the forum thinks you should not touch or modify anything.

I'd like to make room for bigger tires on my TRD Pro but there is no info about adding a little extra lift on them. I watched a YouTube video a while back, guy has a white TRD Pro Tacoma and says he lifted the front an inch or 2 with great results.

No. There's not. Simple as that. The only right way to lift the front of a TRD Pro is to completely replace the fox coilovers with a coilover that has a threaded shock body. The rear can be lifted with whatever you fancy. I don't know how long the rear shocks are and what they are capable of supporting but I'd hazard a guess they'd be fine for a 2" lift.

    This would work.
