2016 Tacoma TRD Offroad LB with tech package. On my windshield at the top are a lot of small black dots. I assumed it might have to do with defrosting? Maybe part of the rear view mirror somehow?

I want to put a vinyl sticker on the outside upper windshield but not sure what purpose they serve and if the sticker will interfere/warp if i do.

I thought those were only installed in the radio and they access my speakers through hacking the Sirus satellites.
