I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma Sport quad cab with the short bed. I'm really wanting a bed cover so that I can keep my golf bag in the back of the truck and not worry about it being stolen. The two I've been looking at are the Leer Trilogy and the Extang. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Also, is there a certain pop-n-lock that is better for my truck and is it hard to install.

    Extang hard tri fold

Also, I would get an OEM bed mat if you have not already

Ive heard the pop n locks that are motorized have issues and die out

Not sure, but I would get one that is 'non-electical' if there is such a thing

    I have a fold-a-cover and love it.

Regardless of which cover you choose, a thief can always break into it.

I leave my clubs in my truck all the time and don't worry about it, but garage my truck and don't leave it in areas where break-ins are that common.

    YMMV

As far as cleaning the goes, do the fade pretty quickly? My truck is the magnetic gray. I just don't want it to become an eye sore.

I really like my Bakflip a lot. It's nice that you can fold it vertical against the cab and drive down the road, or remove it with 2 thumb wheels. Don't know if other brands will do that. Also, stay away from the roll up hard tonneaus. They take up too much space in the bed.

As mentioned, security is just kind of OK. If you park it in Harlem and some crackhead see's you put your golf clubs in the bed, they're gone. If no one knows whats in there, 96% of the crackheads will move on to the car next to you with a backpack laying on the seat.
