    Howdy,

This is not a for sale post - just wanted to get some feedback from you guys before I put my truck on eBay on what a fair price is to try and sell my truck for.

Even though I haven't posted much on the forum you guys helped me build my dream truck and I am grateful for all the contributions this forum makes to all Tacoma owners.

First question is always why am I selling... My wife and I bought a house and I have another daily driver and it's time for me to pass this on to someone else to enjoy and hopefully put a little cash back in my pocket.

Again, this is not a for sale post, just wanted to get feedback on what a reasonable fair offer price would be on a truck spec'd out like this, it's going to be a few weeks before I get it up on eBay...

It was $39k new and you guys know how much I have in it, maybe $15k worth of parts?

Is $42k a reasonable asking price? Or am I high?
I know the right buyer who wants a truck with these parts on it will know the value of it..

Thanks for any feedback in advance.

    -Paul

You have done a bunch of work, with quality parts, its still pretty much new with no miles, your price sounds fair.

You might be better off putting it back to Stock and selling the Upgrades separate, otherwise your price sounds pretty fair if you can find the right buyer.

Given someone who wants those modifications, you are probably in the ball park. However, as the saying goes, you cannot get your money back from mods unless the person buying the vehicle wants those mods. You will probably have to expect to sell at the normal KBB pricings.
