Air Conditioner Took A Crap

Anyone else have issues with their air conditioner in a 2016 sport? Mine literally sounded like a chain saw for 30 seconds and then stopped blowing.

Been sitting at the dealership for four hours now... heard nothing...

Yeah, the blower motor fan cages have been going out on a few reported here already.

 

Search the Forum, several Threads on the Fans breaking.

 

LOL... Only upside, I've sold four of my grilles to employees there

 

They might be putting on their new grill instead of working on your truck

Blower cage....Toyota seems to be backordered.

This is one of those issues where I wouldn't want to wait on Toyota. Rock Auto carries them...not sure if they are in stock but worth a phone call. They are 40 bucks and easy to replace provided the cage pieces didn't do other damage.

shit! my other problem is, i'm eyeing a brand new 2018 tundra sport that literally just rolled off the truck... it's not going to be a good day for me.

guys... like... you can't make this shit up.

the fan blades melted and two of them fell off and jammed/broke the fan blower. the techs said they've never seen anything like it. i live in utah... it's not that hot here.

lucky for me, they had only one in stock, so i'm riding with my a/c working again.
