    back to bone stock.
    when the new model came out, the local outdoor store in Eureka had them marked down to $200. the owner said they were all instructed to blow them out or something. i didnt pay attention because my wife still said "NO" to the purchase. even 33% off didnt impress her enough. :) this was maybe 4-6 months ago.

    i guess the remaining surplus found their way to Marshalls now. too bad the price wasnt even lower.

    So it ended yesterday, I left the cooler in my garage the whole time (had to be like 80-90 degrees in there) so it lasted about 3.5 days.

    I set it up again outside for a more realistic test (cooler nights)

    The tan bag had the #40 on the side tab, didn't pay attention to what # was on the gray.
