2006 Tacoma SR5 4x4 V6

I have an 06 Tacoma that is in need of replacement driver's bottom seat cushion. The rest of the truck is in great shape, but the driver's seat is broke down. I have been looking at eBay and I see a few seats available, but I can't tell which part it would be. Is there a separate cushion inside the seat or is the whole cushion all the same part. Is it item 10 or item 11 that I would need? Part number 71512AD020. Thank you.
