    A few things
I have a 2015 with the jbl stereo. I really don't like it and want to buy something aftermarket. I don't want to lose some capabilities like:
    Bluetooth
    Factory Backup camera
    Sirius/xm
    Steering wheel controls

I would like it to also have apple CarPlay.
Any recommendations would be awesome, thanks

Depends on buget. Most nav units start at 600. Im running pioneer 8200 with maestro rr and maestro wiring harness. No issues at all with programming the marstro to get the steering wheel buttons to do what you want to do. I had jbl system in my truck for 3 years and disliked it. Ran nee speaker wire to doors ram matted doors changed to 6.5 components up front and coax in rear with jl amp. No subs added yet but the sound clarity is amazing and there is still enough bass out of them to vibrate the mirrors
