    Kings arrived today from DSMS.

    Very pleased with DSMS.

Called King Racing yesterday to see if they had everything in stock so I could come pick it up (they're about 30 miles from me). Was a little disappointed that they said it would be "three to four weeks" to get the setup I wanted (CA's and 700lb coils). Last time I needed a suspension for my Gen1, I just drove to their shop, and they were very helpful and swapped out the 600lb springs for the 700's while I waited. This time though, he said I'd have to wait, because they "didn't like to do that as it doubles the labor" to pull a spring off and reinstall another one.

I get it. Not pissed at all, just disappointed as it just didn't occur to me it would be an issue since they were so incredibly accommodating last time, and now I'm in a bit of a time crunch to where 3 to 4 weeks just won't work.

Called DSMS. Talked with Jason, who said no problem, they'd swap out springs and have it on the truck by today. Wait, what? Did I hear right? I'll have them next week?!!! Perfect!

Another store I called said 2-3 weeks. I called them as it would have been the cheapest route (free ship, no tax). After that call I remembered all the great reviews I'd read on here about DSMS (didn't remember their name, had to look it up on Tacomaworld).

I got off the phone with Jason yesterday about 2pm in the afternoon. Coils with the 700's installed and the rears arrived an hour ago. Really? Twenty four hours from order to front door. Nice work guys!

Have to finish rebuilding the winch this weekend, get the C4 Lo Pro powdercoated next week, and I'm ready for my weekend wrench-a-thon possibly next weekend.

Sick. Did you opt for #700's for additional weight up front?

C4 Lo Pro, BD S8-20, and Warn M8000 w/synthetic. Haven't weighed it all yet, but am guessing roughly 140 pounds.

    Should be perfect.

I have bumper, winch, full steel skids, and sliders. I went with 700# and have to use a little more preload than I'd like to.
