My back has been jacked up for 2 weeks. Old injury that resurfaces every few years. Actually today is the first time it hasn't hurt when going from a seated to standing position. I would have used the shit out of a sock slider. That really was one of the most challenging parts of my day.

So someone in town is really committed to this.

EVERY storm drain and sewer manhole cover has a red balloon tied to it. The balloon has "you're IT" written on it.

    Bravo whoever it is.

    I don't judge.

I've been laid up for a back injury.

I just didn't bother with socks!

I'm not necessarily saying that I'd actually buy a Sock Slider. But if I happened to be at Lola's* house, we would be sharing that shit.

*Granny, or Nana, for all you folks with no Filipino friends.

Argh, my wallet already hates me this month. Biting the bullet and ordering rack and pinion, poly bushings, and PS pump. Steering rack OEM or rack doctor? OEM is substantially more... gotta figure out what inner tie rods rack doctor uses first...

I used the rack doctor with my 4runner and it worked till I sold the truck. Apparently about 8k after I sold it, the rack gave out but can't verify that or what exactly gave out. Personally I would go with OEM again just for peace of mind, but I really have nothing bad to say about rack doctor. Except don't throw away the box, my coworker threw mine out and it became an issue shipping the old one back.

Yeah I'm leaning towards OEM for piece of mind and factory tie rods. I'll save money doing it myself, though I'd love to be a baller and give this one to a shop. I got like 0 time to work, but ain't about to pay shop labor

You got a fkn problem with Harry Potter?

*it was a deal with my wife. She watched the whole Star Wars series if I agreed to watch HP. I've actually enjoyed it so far. Basically the same story line just different events and tweaks.
