Relentless front and rear bumpers, Warn M-8000S Winch, Relentless RockSliders, bigger tires, bed cover RTT ... and more big changes in the works.
2004 tacoma double cab TRD offroad. 205,000 miles.
OME 881 spring on OME nitro charger shocks in the front with SPC upper control arms.
OME rear springs with extra leaf and OME nitro charger shocks in the rear.
    brand new steering rack.
    new lower control arms.
all new alignment washers and bolts.
Total Chaos Alignment Tab Kit welded on.

This truck has had many issues with alignment and I keep addressing them and things keep getting better. The last change was to weld on the Total Chaos Alignment tab kit in the lower front, and get the truck aligned. It was good all the way to ATR at WindRock. After the long weekend, of admittedly hard, trail running and rock crawling and mud slinging, the alignment was off. The camber was so positive it was tricky to drive. In a parking lot we loosed the upper control arm camber adjustment and moved them almost all the way into get the camber as close as we could eyeball it, and drove home. It did not appear as if the upper ball joint had moved, it appears as if the lower control arm adjustment bolts had turned.

The last shop that aligned it mentioned that "these tacomas were hard to keep aligned". Is having to get an alignment every time I leave the pavement a normal thing?
