@emiliangrigore91 I can't join you but I've done Powerline Rd. a few times. Most of the road is super fast and 99% should be run in 2wd. There are a lot of fun fast sections and only twice have I come to a section where the step down/up to a wash had fallen off and I used 4wd to get through it.

Other than that, it takes me about 2:15 to 2:30hrs to complete the run from Minneola to Stateline.

I have not run from stateline to vegas in the dirt yet so I'd love that track also!

I think that file i sent wasn't complete. I have multiple tracks from multiple trips and then have recorded tracks that are different. All listed as Barstow 2 Vegas. lol Working on cleaning them up and will try and re-send a new file.

Mid Hills campground is nice and scenic. it's up high and has some great wildlife. Hole In The Wall campground has water pumps with potable water.

of the two, i like Hole In The Wall.

Yeah never stayed at any of the campgrounds cause I hate camping with other people not in the group. That is the reason I get off the grid because I like to get away from people and enjoy hanging out with friends. I am self sufficient and carry everything I need.

Well depending on who is wanting to join, I would do either of the routes. Let me know who would like to come.

Ive done it on my dual sport dirt bike, there are ways that are mostly power line roads, others that would require 4x4

I've done both power line road and Mojave trail to state line in my 2wd no problem. Though I always go with a 4wd to be on the safe side. Power line road is a bit boring as compared to the Mojave trail route. I'd love to do this myself but I just put a new rearend in and there's no way I could get the 600 mile break in done before Monday.

I would love to get the gpx files also. I'd like to do stateline to Vegas but never have seen the route. I've done Barstow to Laughlin several times though. Tfvelez@gmail.com if you wouldn't mind sending me the files.
    Have fun out there!
