Need a fabricators assistance for a custom skid plate.

My custom bumper doesn't drop low enough to cover the front frame bar where the towing hooks are bolted on to on my 2014 tacoma and it bugs the heack outta me. If some one can make me a skid plate for around 200$ since thats the average.
