I'm a new user, bought my truck about 7 months ago with 70k miles on it, and I was thinking about leveling the front. I've seen a bunch of stuff about spacers, bilsteins, but I'm truly not sure what i should do.

Spacers are the cheap option, but I've heard they can hurt other parts of your suspension. Also various other problems

Bilstein 5100 seems to be the popular one I see, but I'm unsure about using the stock Coils as semi-old as they are. Had I picked this option should I get new coils or would I be okay with the ones I've got. And what adjustment do they get set to in order to just level out the truck?

I'm not trying to do anything super extravagant, but i don't want to do something I'll regret months later. I trust you guys to give me some advice or suggestions. THANKS!

If you just want to level out the front you can use Bilstein 5100's on your stock coils at either .85 or 1.75 at least you will be doing it right the first time and not using Hockey Puck spacers. I think your current coils will be fine.

Anything else I'd have to get?

With the miles you have on your truck you would benefit alot in ride quality from the new shocks all around I'd bet

I might do that, but not 100% sure. Im more so seeing what options I have. Any difference in ride quality with the front Billies at 1.75 compared to stock?

I thought the ride was great when I had mine at 1.75 on my stock springs
