Rock sliders....how far do the All-Pro's rear "kickout" extend from truck door?

Looking at getting some rock sliders. Read through a ton of posts from searching, but am wondering do the All Pro rock sliders rear "kickout" stick out further then say CBI or Mobtowns? I understand the benefit of the kickout, but which is the most streamline of the group? The All Pro group buy is tempting, but not sure if they extend further out then what I really need...which is not hard core rock crawling. Anyone care to measure how far out your sliders extend from the door bottom out?
