Nice. So it interfaces with the steering wheel control and rear camera?

 

The steering wheel controls work perfectly. The rear view camera doesnt work anymore, but ive been looking around to try and get it to work with the aftermarket stereo.

 

What about the small screen above the steering wheel?

 

That screens still works too. The buttons on the right side of the steering wheel are fully functional to navigate through the menu on the dash.

I'd really like to use an ipad since I already have a mini lying around. At least it seems totally feasible that everything should still be able to connect.

Please post an update if you find a way to get the reverse camera to work. I never thought I'd care... but I love that thing!

 

I assume you use your phone to piggy back GPS and internet connection?

 

Which Joying HU did you get (it looks like they have a lot of options)? How have you been enjoying it now that you've had it for a bit?
