Is an LT kit the only way to get a better lower control arm? I hate the stock ones.

I believe tc sells a stock dimension Luca. If you can rebuild your stock one it can also be beefed up by welding some of the seems up and gussetting around the ends and be pretty darn strong then up grade with better ball joints and Polly bushings

She looks super clean. I am sure she will make someone happy.

    You stole it my friend!

 You got a real full 3" lift. That looks to be in amazing shape!

I got really lucky I don't normally ever get good deals on anything but for some reason when I'm messing with these trucks things work out. At doctor now when I get home we're taking off with the camper

Like @Casper66 mentioned, Total Chaos makes factory dimensioned LCAs. As far as I am aware, they are the only game in town for aftermarket 'stock' LCAs.

Lift, Rear Diff Breather Mod, CB Drop, and Tail Pipe chop:

It's been a busy last couple of days! We got back from camping and here was all these wonderful parts piled on my work bench in the garage. Once we got home on Monday and got all our gear cleaned up and stowed I pulled the truck into the garage with the intentions of just getting it up on stands and ready but before I knew it I had the driver's side front done. This included tearing everything down, cleaning, painting, installing the sstruts and coils, installing the Camberg UCA's, and super bumps. Yesterday I completed the front and as I finished the parts for the rear arrived, that was handy.
Today I got the rear done installing the AAL, U-bolt flip, Super bumps and Bilstein 5125's.

While the truck was on stands I decided to go ahead a knock a few more small mods out. Rear diff breather, CB drop, and tail pipe chop.

Rear diff breather mod moved to bed cubby

    CB drop OME kit

    Chopped the tail pipe

    Before lift

    After lift

This was fun I wasn't in any hurry and as i'm still working with pretty much one hand I just took my time and enjoyed it. I think I spent as much time thinking about how to do it with only minimal use of my left hand than actually doing it.

Thanks I have to take tomorrow for an alignment. Then I can take it for a drive down some back roads and see how it rides.

    Looking good @Casper66.

I should have most of my LT parts in by next week. Just need a bunch ancillary parts still.

Love it so far. Getting used to shifting gears again. Hell it didn't seem to know camper was behind it at 70 mph on the interstate

I haven't talked to any shops about having work done yet. I'm trying to get all the parts amassed first. Other than the LCA and coil bucket gussets and limit strap hardware that needs to be welded on the front is basic bolt-on. The rear setup is "bolt-on" as well, except the spring perches, shock relocate, and frame plates need to be welded on. If I had my own shop and a welder, I would put the truck up on stands for a week or two and DIY it all. Unfortunately, I don't though. What I might end up doing is installing the front without any of the gussets/straps and then take it to a shop to have the rear done and get all the welding done.

That may be a good idea especially since you have a good bit of welding to get done.

Shoot I just took my time and had some fun with it. I even cleaned and painted some as I went. I really have to stop and think about what I'm doing so I don't have to use the left arm for anything much. Only little things like the therapist said was ok. He'll even the wheels and tires I didn't pick up I use a jack to raise and lower the truck to line them up and mount them. It takes me about 3x as long as it should but I've got time.
