I have installed a clutch disengagement switch, and found a two wire plug (the last of 5 total I uncovered) wrapped up in the taping that has a purple and a blue wire. Instead of a blank, it has a fuse in it, looks 15amp. I pulled the fuse out, and the truck wont start. Put it back, and the truck starts. It doesnt fit the supplied plug on the disengagement switch, I will have to cut it off. (scary) Are these the wires I connect the disengagement switch to? If not, where the heck do I connect them?

From the 2012 wiring diagrams it may be close as the diagrams shows the violet wire and lavender with a black stripe going to the diode for the clutch switch. Are you sure that is a fuse and not a diode plugged into that connector? I think it is a diode. See the diagram below from the service manual. The actual switch should be using the Lavender w/Black Stripe wire and a Black w/Yellow Stripe wire.
