Can someone help me find this unicorn of a grille?

Which is not at all related to the pic.

That is a mesh grille that looks to be recessed a couple inches. I want.

Edit: Found it kinda. This company 'East Coast Grille Fabrication' was selling it but it doesnt look like thats still the case.
