2004 Subaru WRX Wagon, TRADE FOR 2nd Gen 4x4 Tacoma

I am looking to trade my 2004 Subaru Wrx Wagon for a second gen Tacoma that is 4X4. I could also include some money if need be.
I am the second owner of this car, I've had it for the last four years. All major services done by local Subaru shops. Just had pre buy inspection and compression/leakdown test done by FW Motorsports in Rocklin, CA. Car has 112,000 miles on it and also comes with an extra front clip (front bumper cover, fenders & hood scoop). Below is the modification list, excuse me as I may be forgetting some small stuff.
