Also you have to pay the deductible but you can file a claim with your insurance without your rates going up as long as it was parked when it happened.

At least the scratches are not in the shape of a heart with an arrow through them. Could just be asshole neighborhood kids. Kids don't need provocation to do stupid shit. This happened to my Honda Fit a couple years ago. Covered it with a bumper sticker.
