    Search for this thread:
Power Stop Brake Kit Install w/ Pics
I replaced mine with the same kit and I like it, much better.
I do not know how to link a different thread, so sorry about that.

Still not sure of the exact conditions you're operating in and what you mean by "brake pad get loss".

But it's normal for brakes to get quite hot under normal conditions. You're converting foward motion energy into heat.

But if you're truly overheating them by braking for 5 miles....then there aren't too many upgrades that will help you

are you losing an brake fluid?
if not you may have a master cylinder leak internally.

1: Are you losing any brake fluid? (Do you have to top up the master cylinder?)
2: When was the last time the brake fluid was changed? (Brake fluid is hydroscopic, which means over time it will attract moisture and this could meant that the brake fluid is boiling in the caliper or wheel cylinder, which will also lead to a loss of pedal under braking)
3: Do you two foot drive? (one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake?)
4: Any signs of brake fluid leaks at any corner?

anyway, that should get you at least started on trying to work out the issue... or you could go this way
