Recently i have notice a front end vibration/noice on my 2010. i have 265/70/17 BFG KO2's. i got them balanced and rotated the end of june. and when i left the shop i didnt have any noise.
this was the first time they were rotated and since i got them last year.
. i went a little bit too long before rotating them, so i got them checked out today. and the guy said the inside was cupping a little bit. The wheels on the front currently were originally on the back when i got them installed so im insure if they were cupped in the back and now im hearing this noise because there on the front, the guy checked the balance and one was out a little bit.

my question is will slight i mean slight cupping cause a noise/vibration 20mph+? i have a feeling i may need an alighment as when i got my alignment 2 years ago the shop didnt even give me a result print out so who knows what they did. the guy said rotating the tires more frequent should smoothen out the cupping.

i for some reason thought it was a wheel bearing but i checked the tire at 12 and 6 and it seems fine.
i also dont think it is the needle bearing because when i put the truck in 4wd i still have the vibration/noise present. i have some vibration in the steering wheel as well. and honestly have had vibration in the steering wheel since i got the truck in 2015 its not bad but its there
