IMG_5005.jpg Hey what's up tacoma world. I have a 2015 taco off road, & im going to buy this lift kit. Question: has anyone ever use this Toytec lift kit before and if yes! Do you need to chop or add wheel spacers? Cause I'm going with 285/75/16R

Just my humble opinion, check with Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road they can give you the same lift with just a few little tweaks... Ditch the differential drop and add their 3leaf progressive instead of the single AAL, might even save you a couple bucks?

most likely yes you'll have to do a CMC chop, depends on the offset of the wheel. I did it - it's not a big deal.

Been running the Toytec ultimate lift for 5 years, and its great. Had to have the TSB factory leaf spring replacement this year, so when they took off my add a leaf I replaced them with the Toytec 3 leaf progressive pack just for the hell of it. To run 285's, I bought rims for a FJ because they have the right offset, and it gives it a factory look. I don't like the idea of cutting on my truck, so the cab mount chop was out, and I didn't want spacers either. I get just a touch of rub at full lock going in reverse, but that's it.
