Im debating on the 500 or the 690. I just want one to keep at my cabin in the mountains and use it to explore and if need be run down into town. Right now I keep one of my land cruisers at the cabin to beat on while I'm there but I think a Enduro would be more fun. I have a Honda rancher 4wd atv up there too.

Sold most to pay medical bills and home renovations...still have a few bicycles and the travel trailer but no more DRZ or S4. I do miss having a vehicle to take to the track but the S4 was not the best track tool and I'm not sure I have the strength yet to ride a supermoto the way I'd want to either on the track or in the dirt.

This thing would take me to places I had no business being on a dirt bike with DOT slicks and it was a blast around town, in the twisters, and on the track.

Twin turbo v6 putting just over 350hp/ft lbs of torque to all 4 tires. Throttle on spinning all 4 coming out of a corner is pretty excellent...but it was a maintenance whore.

Just started riding this again after 4 years...the day after the doctor told me I could ride I was back at it.IMG_5039.jpg

My old superlight hasn't seen dirt in 7 years now but I recently tuned it up and hope to get out this fall. I'd like to replace it with a Bronson but not sure I'm strong enough for it yet.

This pig gets a lot of love. Found it in the attic of a bike shop I worked at in college. Nobody knew who it belonged to and it was beat up. Replaced the handlebars, wheels, and fenders (all of which were bent badly), threw a new seat on it and a set of takeoff tires from my mtn bike, and new pedals and I now have have a solid town cruiser. It's a mid 70's Schwinn American.

Having a bathroom close was crucial going through and during the first year or so after treatments so we sort of impulsed on this. I do recall being heavily drugged when negotiating the purchase and the trip back to the dealer to pick it up was miserable because I couldn't take any pain pills since I was driving. No regrets though as we are building lifelong memories with our kids in this thing.
